Some poker strategies will surprise you with their simplicity. This is sample. Jot down your conclusions, each and every single time you wager.

How detailed is up to you. I tend to believe that hourly details and that type of personal detail is not needed. Basically figure out how far ahead you are and what amount (if anything) you’ve withdrawn. Certainly, if you lose, note that too, regardless of how much it it might pain you.

Do not forget to record what sort of game you’re wagering on, if that is significant to you. (In my expertise, most folks keep to what they understand and do not experiment. If all you note is up, loses and what you’ve taken out, you are way in front of almost all gamblers out there!)

Provide yourself actual goals, like a ‘dream’ target (new vehicle, get-a-way or whatever). When you withdraw, mark the $$$$$ taken out to your dream tally. The more successful you are, the nearer that goal will get!
